As Ray Dalio wrote in his “Principles” book: on a high level, all you do is set goals and build machines to achieve them.

There is no goal vs system. There are systems for achieving goals. Not achieving goal is not necessary a failure. But it is always a learning experience (as well as achieving it).

In my current company, we made building systems to achieve goals a part of our DNA.
